 What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is calculated per product in the shopping cart. You will pay less for each additional product ordered. The total cost of the shipping will be viewable in your shopping cart depending on the number of items you are ordering at the same time.

When will I receive my order?

When you place your order online the estimated shipping time frame will be provided at the time of checkout. We do our best to ship products as quickly as possible. Please review the estimated shipping time for your order at the time of purchase.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

Although this is rare, if it does happen please send us an email at info@haveagoodonestore.com to notify us that you did not receive the product ordered. We will gladly replace the product and have it shipped to you at no additional cost.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

We do our best to maintain the highest quality standards possible for all of the items available for purchase on our website. If you do receive a defective product please process a refund or replacement on our returns page on our site.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

We are based in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida.

Where do your materials come from?

We are proud to say that virtually all of our products our made in the USA. We have made a very conscious effort to support suppliers and merchandise vendors who source U.S. made materials and make the actual products in the USA. This also helps us expedite our shipping times throughout the U.S.  

How do I make sure an order is the correct size?

We include the size tables for all of the products on our site so that you can get an excellent sense of the recommended best fit for our wearable products. We also include the size tables for non-clothing items so that you gauge the actual size of the product while you are shopping on our site. 

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

As an ecommerce website we are accountable to state government entities to report and collect tax for each order. The tax for your order will be automatically applied to your purchase at the time of payment.

Can I pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay or Shopify Pay?

Yes, our website will allow you to make a payment using Apple Pay, Google Pay,  Meta Pay and Shopify Pay. We provide these payment options as a convenience to our customers for ease of payment and as an additional choice of payment options.

Can I pay with Venmo?

Yes, our website will allow you to make a payment using Venmo. We have added Venmo as a payment option to make it more convenient for our customers if that is their choice of payment.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and PayPal. You also have the option to use your credit card within PayPal if you select PayPal as your payment option.
